Testing and Inspection Services
In the state of North Carolina, standards call for an annual inspection of your fire alarm systems, at a minimum. United Life Safety Systems is your premiere partner in the safety of your space and your team and we offer an Inspection Contract that includes:
- Facility Inspection
- System Inspection
- Recommendation for updates/repairs
- Recommendation for updated industry standards
The Fire Alarm NFPA 72 Test and Inspection Standards state that testing must be done. We can provide these tests as follows:
- Fire Alarm NFPA 72 Test and Inspection Service and contracts:
- Initial Certificate of Occupancy Certification
- Quarterly Inspections: Visual and/or Operational Testing
- Semi-Annual Inspections: Visual and Partial Operational Testing
- Annual Inspections: Full System Compliance Testing
- Sensitivity Testing: Area Smoke Detectors (this is required in hospitals and nursing homes)
